Our sales guy was Brian Ratliff, and let me just say, he was the best. We were looking to downsize, and luckily we sold our Explorer at the right time. He was helpful and honest- not something we are accustomed to at a dealership. We picked out a nice used car, and left. A day later we found another that we knew would fit perfectly. Luckily they have a 5 day trial period where you can return the car if you aren't 100% about it. Brian personally drove all the way to the Wichita Carmax to pick up the car we wanted, and drove it all the way back. We turned in our car, and exchanged it for the other one- the process was so seamless and trouble free, it was a dream. He explained all of the paperwork line by line, so we left knowing exactly what our contract stated. We are excited, relieved, and looking forward to years of happiness with the new car.
