Got an RV there. Sales doesn't know there ass from a hole in the ground. I knew way more about the RV then the salesman. I had to show him how some features worked. I think if they were trained properly they would be more effective in sales. Plus everything in the store is high. You can get the accessories on amazon cheaper.

worst service anywhere I've been in 71 years. Especially Richy Moher service, he would not even try to listen to my needs. They were working in the lot outside of an RV while we were talking about mine. But, he would not even consider me staying with my RV, due to many VERY VALUABLE items in it. I don't have an other home, this is my home full time. I have no where to put valuable items. Ricky said, " my service people will not get them", yea right, just like Ford said, then wouldn't be responsible when service people stole my .380 pistol. Said, "we can't be responsible because we have no way of knowing who took it". C.W. is the same way.

The last trailer we bought, their follow up service was horrid. No one said what they said they would. :(

Not good at all at Customer Service. We received an email inviting us to "SHOP" their inventory and check out the "trade in' value of our existing trailer. We shopped their on line selection, chose the one we liked and sent in the required info on our old trailer. We got 2 automated emails inviting us to come in. We did. We checked out the one we liked that was advertised on sale, left our trade in tailer info and was promised that someone would get back with us later. No one did! We had to call back.

Been trying for months to get my title for my camper. I bought from them. Still after almost 3 months have not got it. Talking to them is like talking to the wall. It is all your fault and not theirs. Can not move the camper with out tags. Can not get tags with no title.

The price with our trade in was MORE than their advertised price. The online salesman said I had copied the "on-line price"! No joke! But he had invited us to come in and see it! I asked what about our trade in? and he said he couldn't give us what we wanted....And that is the end of our story.

Nice new selection, but we really wanted a yr or 2 old 5th wheel with a true bunk house, anyways we decided to try for the new camper since they didn't have used in what we were wanting. Did some paperwork on labor day they ran our credit that day and said they would submit everything to the bank Tuesday, Tuesday rolls around and the tell us they forgot to get a good faith deposit on Monday and their policy is to get one before they submit your application to the bank!! Never have we had to do that except when buying a home. Needless to say we told them to shred our paperwork because we wouldn't be doing business with them.
