Carl Abrams, our Sales Consultant, was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the car, gave us his total attention and assisted us through the process with a smile on his face. He definitely earns a Five Star rating, rare to find someone who goes above and beyond. I have now had my Outback serviced several times at Bob Moore. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. They are always attentive to my needs or concerns, they are always concerned about not taking too much of my time. Since I bought the vehicle there they are always willing to provide a service loaner, which is a terrific courtesy that I very much appreciate. I have always left the service department satisfied with the work they have performed, including a courtesy wash and vacuum......how great is that!

I LOVE my Subaru Outback and I can actually say that that I love having it serviced. The team at Bob Moore is punctual, friendly and does first-rate work. In the past I have avoided using dealerships for service work because I have suffered serious sticker shock. Not at Bob Moore. They walk through each step of what they are going to do and let me know what I can expect to pay. Since I travel 80 miles to have my car serviced, getting a loaner makes it extra convenient. I'm at 120K and thanks to this service team (and a GREAT car) I'm intent on driving my car "to the moon" --238K!
