Ashley’s was great!! They did not stock you and even apologized if they didn’t realize another representative was already accompanying you. Brennan Clay is amazing! He was nice, professional, and answered all question!!! Will definitely recommend him and Ashley’s!!!
The Ashley Furniture Home Store was an amazing experience while looking for a whole new dining look for my kitchen! We were able to find beautiful furniture pieces that weren't outrageously priced, along with a lamp, pictures, and accessories! It was like we found everything we needed in one store! The designer who helped us, Savannah, was amazing!!! I will definitely be going back there for any other home furniture/design needs. It was a very nice store and all of the staff were super friendly and helpful!!! 5 stars for sure!!!!
Demand is a wonderful person. And he was a gem in his sales work. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products in the store. I love my Arminio sectional and ottoman. I would normally buy a light colored piece of furniture because I have several pets. I'm confident in the fabric and the protective product. Thank you
I'm only giving four stars because even though This furniture store on Memorial is wonderful. You still have to deal with the ridiculousness from Mathis Brothers. The Customer service department of Mathis Borthers is enough to make someone never want to purchase furniture. They almost never get appointments correct. It's bad when the delivery people complain about the customer service part. And if u ask to talk to management they will ignore your request and keep talking in circles until you get angry enough to hang up. Customer service is not Rocket Science,I know. I have done it for years but the ladies at Mathis Brothers CS department make you think a Bachelor's degree is needed or possibly some common sense. Thanks to the Manager at The Ashley store for making things better.
I just like me some Ashley furniture. Once they build this store so close to my home I was all the happier. There is so much here and they have options for every person. Rather you want to finance your items with or without credit check they have that. With many other things the more you buy the cheaper it is for you. They mount on so many discounts it's not funny.
