I would recommend Bob Mills over other stores in area. I went to the other big store and a salesman followed us everywhere. Asking us so many questions that I couldn't even think or concentrate on item I was lookung at.
I loved this place! Everyone was very nice and helpful. They were not pushy salespeople at all. They had very great deals and a large selection. All the way from when you walk in the doors to picking up your items in the warehouse, everyone was super nice and easy going.

Overall nice shopping experience, but first visit had a communication issue with salesperson, and he treated my wife as though she could not make any decisions. Spoke primarily to me despite both of us buying a bed. Second visit, found a very helpful salesperson, and conducted some more business with her. One issue we had, a special delivery was supposed to delivered on a Saturday, and that was the pretense under which we bought it, but it got delayed for over a week. Said they did not get it on the truck. We went to great lengths to ensure full payment so this was not an issue. Be wary of any delivery promises!!!
My mission was to purchase a new bed. I have extensive back issues which complicates the purchase. The bed I bought turned out to not be a good fit. I went back in within the 90 days and they allowed me to trade for a different style they felt would fit my needs better. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating. Yes, there is a 10% restocking fee, but I will gladly pay it for comfort. Could not have asked for more accommodating and friendly people to work with.
Outstanding selection, pricing and sales/service. Every piece of furniture in out home is from Bob Mills. If you enjoy "no pressure" shopping, this is the place to go. The Sleep Spa and Dr. Angie are great. Our sales associate (Josh), although new, was very well informed and professional. We enjoy shopping here and will continue to do so. The delivery service was EXCELLENT! They showed up at the the preappointed time and we're very careful with all pieces and the assembly of our new bedroom furniture. Bob Mills Furniture is a great place to shop for all your furniture needs.
