Bought a full size mattress 4 weeks ago and I was told that the matters will be in within a week and still haven't received it. I've been calling and they keep telling me that it's not in yet.
The worst place that I've ever bought from.. It's been well over 3months and I still haven't received my furniture. When asked about it im always told the person that can help is off for the day. Im never giving any real answers. Please don't waste your time here. I can see why its going out of business.
I'm have never been so disappointed in a store more than this one. Thought I was getting a good deal, but got ripped off. I told the salesman that I was moving into my new house and I have three small kids and I just bought a $1700 dollar 4K flat screen and I need an entertainment center like that day because I didn't want my tv to be on the ground more than it had too. So the man sales me an entertainment center I thought was a good deal turns out it was for the same price at other department stores then, he promises me it will be here no later than the weekend, keep in mind it was on a Wednesday I purchased it. Called that Friday and they didn't even put in the order, call the next Friday there was an issue with the trucks, now it's been over a month, no calls, and STILL NO ENTERTAINMENT CENTER!!!!! Can't ever get a "manager" to help get my money back. Be careful when ordering, best bet leave with item in hand
Don't shop here they are very rude! Don't let you know what's going on and when you call to check they still don't give a good answer! Still waiting on my purchase!
Wish I could give them negative stars!! By far the WORST establishment I've ever been to. Very unprofessional and the managers are a complete joke!! Like so many others.. I was promised my stuff by a certain date and they failed. On top of that the salesman ordered the wrong set and they tried to cover it up by saying that I ordered that stuff. No compensation for their mistakes, no apologies, no nothing. I hope this place burns down!!!!
