We were recently in the market for a new mattress so we decided to go check out Mathis Brothers! Our salesperson, Kent Rodriguez, listened to our wants and needs. He showed us several options and then helped us decide what would work best for us! I must say, we love our new mattress, I haven't slept this good in years! David Dean and Mathis Brothers are FANTASTIC! I have worked with David since 2010 and he has been exceptional. He is a fabulous designer and has been extremely helpful. The quality of rugs, furniture, art work and accents have been amazing. Mathis has a wonderful in store collection. However, there custom designer options are incredible. I recently just purchased an entire living room and bedroom set from here with the initial help from the most awesome salesperson named David, "Smiley"! It was like anything I was thinking style or color wise he has the perfect selections for me and I ended up with the most perfect set up. All of my pieces match my homes color scheme perfectly and he was insanely prompt and efficient with check out and also did his best to find me discounts where he could. He was also super friendly and talkative, he wasn't just trying to make a sale and get on to the next person. Overall amazing experience when considering buying furniture is a somewhat stressful ordeal trying to make sure the measurements are okay and everything will match once it's all in one place.
My experience was great here. I've had the furniture 8 months. I wanted to wait to find out how good the furniture was. so far I still love it but the seating pillows are already starting to separate and droop and the cushion in the back. and it's really hard to separate them because it doesn't look right separated. because of the latches on the side and front. But the good thing Is that i have warranty. I guess that takes care of all of that.
Got my very first bed here for a decent price and it is amazing. My niece also left my wallet and sunglasses here while we were here!!! Came back almost an hour later and the front desk had it for me!!! I am so thankful there are still good people out here. Thank you for the front receptionist who found my wallet while doing their jobs and pushing the shopping carts back to the front.
