Much easier to move through to pick up your furniture. Easy lane access with simple instructions by the teller when you pull up the screen. Like a drive through. Didn't take long for the furniture to arrive. The covered area for pickup was spacious and will keep you out of the bad weather! Would recommend.

My Grandmother and I had the most horrible experience. She purchased a dining room table and chairs that she was told included a bench. She asked to purchase another one. She pays for her entire order. Delivery day comes 5 days later no extra bench. We come to the store. The person that rang us up, Ashley, claims she doesn't know there isn't anything there. She did remember is and the order. The manager, Andrew, comes over he can't figure out who wrote the ticket or who screwed up because the table doesn't come with a bench. We spend an hour with him still not knowing. We had Bailey, Braden and Fed as salesmen being named as possibly dealing with the ticket. Andrew called Roger Mathis and he states there isn't anything we can do and she will have to charged for another bench. Roger Mathis!!!!! Then we come to pick up another piece that was missing and the distribution center has no clue. Apparently Mathis Brothers is incapable of taking responsibility for their actions when they are wrong and punish the customer. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!!
I have bought several pieces of furniture at Mathis Brothers. I recently bought two pieces of furniture at the outlet store. I really like what I bought. I had to put them together but didn't have a problem.
Had an amazing experience with the staff at this store. It's a little annoying to have to go between different people in different departments, but they all worked very well together and were very helpful and knowledgeable. We went in for one thing, left with 4 pieces. The prices are amazing!!
