The owner of the store refused us service when we asked about his return policy on bed frames if they aren't sturdy. Bought a brand new bed frame from Walmart and had issues with it so I wanted to make sure that my grandkids had a good sturdy bed frame. He basically told us he didn't want to do business with us and started walking off. Besides the fact that he was rude, it was so disgusting watching him talk while he had tobacco stained spit rolling down the side of his mouth and tobacco stuck all over his lips.
