The nurses here are very rude, act like you are faking your symptoms, treat you like you are scum. These people are very unprofessional. Should have went to somewhere else.
Son hit the the trunk of car with mouth 14 year old, bleeding, hurt, tooth went through lip, one knocked out and they had a single guard at the check in desk!!! Not a nurse, no triage he just said there would be a two hour wait! A gaurd!!! Shouldn't that be illegal??? Do not go here, if my son has any issues due to this they will hear from my lawyer
This place needs new nurse's and Doctors. My daughter went in because she was having lower abdominal pain and they said it was a uti and I took her to another ER and found out it was her appendix. They don't care about nothing but making a quick buck.
Horrible, horrible!
This place is a joke! The lady at the front desk was to busy on her personal call that she couldn't even check any one in. Sat there while we sat and listened and watched her just enjoy her time on the phone. Then decided to finally ask the security guard to do her job and take are paper work. Then we sat some more till she finally finished up and got off the phone. And that was just the check in process. Can't wait to see how the nurse and Dr staff is.
The nursing staff was professional and polite. I felt very safe and well taken care of. They were knowledgeable and kind. My health issues were addressed quickly and with care. I would recommend this place to everyone. I can't remember my nurses name, she was pregnant and we discussed the hospital code of ethics, I want to thank you again for the wonderful care and the sweet attention you showed my daughter.
