It also was easy to find close parking. The inside has a comfortable atmosphere and is clean. The artwork on the walls are fabulous and the staff in suit 407 very friendly and helpful thanks for making my visit one where I felt good when I left. Thank you.
I went there on the 7th of August after being in severe pain post surgery and was seen by Dr Mark Andrew Hoelscher. I went there with a friend of mine to try n get some relief for my pain because I couldn't get control of my pain after having shoulder surgery. Dr Hoelscher was very rude with horrible bed side manners. He treated me like a drug addict and wouldn't give me any pain meds to get any relief. When I asked him what his problem was, he was very sarcastic and acted like a total jerk. This was my 2nd time going to this ER and I will never return here. My friend that was with me actually works at a hospital as a administrator and he was shocked and appalled at the level of care (lack there of) that was offered that night. I will tell all of my family and friends to avoid this hospital at all costs because they only care about lining there pockets and don't care to help patients. This is by far the worst organization in Oklahoma. Integris and OU should take over this establishment.
Bi-lateral knee replacement surgery, so great to walk again.
Took great care of my grandson. Great place!
I had the worst experience there yesterday. Me and my husband took our four year old son there and our six month old there. My four year old son was complaining that his wee wee hurt and when I looked I could tell that it was red and irritated. My six month old was coughing a lot and I wanted to make sure that he was not getting congestion in his chest. So went up there it was not busy and the nurse got us back there quickly. Now my son was already a little scared to go back there but quickly warmed a little after the nurses made him feel better. They were great. The doctor comes in and I can already tell that he is not a very sociable doctor he doesn't make eye contact with you when we were telling him the problem. So he wanted to look at my sons pee pee and see and he was so rough with him that my son was screaming pain. He said hmm looks okay so I asked do you think you might know why he's screaming like that or why he's hurting so bad and was like with an attitude let me do some test then I can find an probably tell you he was not nice at all. And I said that's okay I want to go to mercy mind you my son was screaming and crying the whole time because he was hurting so much after he looked at it. I told my husband we are leaving and we are going to mercy. We went to mercy and it was night and day. My son was crying now and was so scared the nurse gave him a teddy bear and the PA we saw looked and said that it looked like a bacterial infection because he still had some skin left from his circumcision so we needed to pull it back and clean the area really well. He was not rough and easy to talk too. I would recommend mercy anytime. Do not go here if you have an emergency.
Today I had a visit in the physicians building. It was easy to find where I was needing to go
