Got the best deal for my wife's ring, staff is very knowledgeable and don't try to push you or rush you to get something, fell that I learned about diamonds with them
I'm so glad I found Diamonds Direct Oklahoma City. I had been shopping for a 25th anniversary ring for my wife, and at the big-box/mall jewelry stores everything I looked at was overpriced and low-quality, with sales people who were obviously not experts. We were in Oklahoma City for a weekend outlet mall shopping trip and decided to stop at Diamonds Direct since they don't have a store in my state. I'm SO glad I did!! Their prices and quality were FAR better than the chain jewelry stores. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted in the store so, they had the ring custom-built for me. The process went smoothly and Nelson was great to work with. He communicated with me via text and email on a regular basis to keep me updated. He helped me pick the perfect diamond by explaining diamond GIA grading, quality, and pricing in a transparent way. I was a little nervous to buy a ring that I hadn't actually seen (because it was being custom-built), but when it arrived I couldn't have been happier about how it turned out. It's stunning, and exactly what I had in mind. My wife absolutely loves it. I can't say enough about Nelson and his team - it's not often that I experience incredible customer service like that. And I was really impressed with Diamonds Direct's warranty/guarantee. At some of the other stores I shopped at, you had to purchase a lifetime warranty to receive the coverage that DD offers at no cost. So my advice to anyone reading this is to avoid Za***, Ka*, Helz**** and all the other big-box stores and go to Diamonds Direct instead. You'll get a much higher quality diamond for the price, better customer service, and a better warranty. I realize this review sounds like a sales pitch, but I'm truly that happy with my experience. Highly recommended.
I ordered a ring while on a travel assignment from work. They told me it would be 5 weeks. I call a week before I'm set to go home and they tell me that the diamond I picked out isn't the diamond that they are going to put in the ring; apparently, the cards got mixed up (seems a little fishy right?) so they didn't place the order. They said they had been trying to call me but the number they had on file, which isn't the number that I gave them, is my ex-wife's number. Yes, my ex-wife has been getting updates on a ring that I'm trying to purchase! I called today (3 days before I'm set to leave) and the order had been placed and they have the ring being sent to the store in Oklahoma City (I live in Alabama and I'm here in OKC for work) and will be here in a few weeks. This does me no good. So, I'm having them send the ring to the Birmingham store which is 3 hours drive from my home, they still had my ex-wife's number on file, I'm getting a diamond I haven't even seen a month after it was promised, and I didn't even get one apology on the matter. I'm considering canceling my order. I'm not sure if the people in this store are crooks or just really incompetent.
This place was beautiful and the staff was very professional. They made engagement ring shopping an experience however some aspects of the shopping was a little vague as far as costs. Still a wonderful place to go.
We LOVE MO, she is our go to girl, after spending enough time with her, my husband can go see her & they know just what I want!!! ALWAYS ALWAYS a pleasure! GO SEE MO!!!
