The lady at the store was friendly. However the gentleman/jeweler lacks in people skills. My fiancee and myself stopped in to inquire about getting a silver ring fitted/adjusted slightly. And the gentleman's body language (loud sighs, dropping his shoulders and looking away) along with his tone of voice and the wordage he used. Was uncomfortably obvious that he had better things to do and that we were wasting his time. Their quality of work is unknown and their customer service is poor.
