I had a great experience! Went there to get my brother ring for he's upcoming wedding. Ended up with my brother's ring and updating my ring for a great price. Adam made sure I got what I was looking for plus more. He's understanding! I love my ring! He was very friendly I literally feel like I walked out with two rings for the price of one. Had a great experience here I think there names were Jason and Adam and they were great my fiancé and I as we were both looking to find rings for the wedding they worked hard with us to find what is in are price range and gave an honest opinion when we ask for help and did not push for us to buy but to find what we liked best and we left there and walked to the other stores but we came back and found exactly what we were looking for thanks guys for all your help
My family and I were in the outlet looking for a Christmas gift. The store was very busy with approximately 3 customers waiting per sales associate and the manager. We were greeted promptly and told someone would be with us shortly. We browsed while we waited, located the item we wanted to purchase. The professionalism and the courtesy extended to us was nothing short of superb. Customer service in the store has always been good, but the manager has raised the bar and the team greatly surpassed all expectations. We ended up purchasing 5 pieces. I will stop in every time I'm in OKC. Keep up the great work and leadership Adam!
