My wife broken the diamond off of her engagement ring a few years ago. The staff was very friendly and the ring was fix very quickly. I can't even tell where it was broken.

My experiences with R & R have been nothing short of fantastic! My wedding ring is an antique & I broke it. Before I could get it fixed, I got really sick, was diagnosed with a rare disease, and needless to say, my wedding ring getting fixed had to be put on hold. Four years later I brought it into R & R to get fixed. When he told me the deal he was going to give me to fix it, I started to cry. So hard that I could barely give him my name. They resized my ring when i was turned down by 3 different places all because i had black diamonds in my ring. This guy was absolutely they best and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend him to everyone.

I had a bit of an emergency with my wife's wedding ring. They were able to show me several beautiful choices of replacement diamonds. Then they even worked in a miracle, and where able to repair, and reset the beautiful, and flawless, marquis diamond, perfectly in my wife's arrangement, restoring it perfectly in time for me to surprise her on our anniversary!
