The staff is nice, we had a large group and we didn't have to wait for anything. I would suggest that they not so much seasoning on the food BC it gave everything a salty taste. Great service overall!!
Food was awful. Salad was watery. Creamed spinach had no flavor. Baked potato was cold. Husband liked his steak.
Food is awesome! Excellent service in a very pleasant atmosphere! We could actually carry on a conversation without having to yell over music! We like better than Cattlemen's!!
Within the last month I have tried 2 different longhorn steakhouse’s 3 times. My final conclusion is that 2 of 3 Times the food was great. 2 of 3 Times the service was horrible. We’re talking waiting 10+ minutes merely for drinks. (That happened at both steakhouses!) At the end of the day, if great service is what is most important to you I’d suggest finding somewhere else to dine. If what’s most important is the quality of food and you aren’t starving when you go, give it a try.
The food is pretty good so too bad the service brings this place down so much. The waiter was good at cracking jokes but we like service more than comedy. Asked for steak sauce when ordering and it was not brought with the food. This was a different waiter and ours was nowhere to be found until the meal was almost done. After realizing we were minus the A1 we asked another person who was cleaning tables for steak sauce and she was too incompetent to retrieve it. Completely forgot evidently. Tea refills did not work out the way they should have. Never asked if we wanted more bread.Then to top it off when we asked for key lime pie for dessert of course they were out. Funny thing was we were in there about a year or so ago and it was the same story, just terrible service
