Nothing but good things to say. Brought my Rolex Explorer II in because it was stopping every few days even though I was wearing it on my wrist daily. Cliff made a few tweaks and had it fixed the same day. Very honest and knowledgeable. I know now where to come anytime I have watch troubles.
What a great find in the neighborhood, gets it right the first time. Always a welcoming atmosphere, even the dog is friendly. Forget the big box stores, I have been a customer for years, and don't intend to change.
Update - Had to take the watch back because it was still having trouble but took it back to Cliff and he made a few more tweaks and cleaned a few more things and the issue has been resolved.
Incredibly friendly, helpful, and skilled. Another establishment broke my watch trying to change the battery and then couldn't put it back together. I brought it in, literally in a bag of loose parts. Cliff patiently reassembled the watch properly, changed the battery and resealed the water-resistant back. He did this all quickly and efficiently while I waited and at an very reasobaqle charge. I travel to OKC frequently from the East Coast. Next time I need a more extensive watch or clock repair I'll bring it in to Clifton's when I am in town.
Great customer service. I had taken my watch to a repair shop in Yukon to get a new battery they told me I needed a new movement $150. 10 minutes here to fine they broke the clip for the battery and he soldered a new one on $15. I will take all my watches here for now on.
Good work at a reasonable price, very friendly and knowledgeable. Kind of hard to find the first time, tucked in next to Ron's Hamburgers.
