While, we don't live here (yet), I will say that among the MANY apartments my fiance and I have visited, Crown Martin Park was the most friendly and welcoming we experienced. Any question we asked, was always answered in a kind and understanding way. It was super cold and rainy the second time we came and we were still shown around and taken to different apartments to view which was super helpful in our decision making. We even stayed past office hours on accident and still were not shoo'd away. From what we saw, they looked safe and nice apartments. We appreciated the welcome we got when shown around!
I've had separation anxiety since I left! Joking. I lived here for a year in 2015. I truly enjoyed my time here. I had to relocate to Texas due to work. However if I move back to OKC this will be my home again. I had a wonderful apartment. Affordable rent. The complex was nice and quiet. The office staff was always professional, courteous and pleasant. I can't say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend it.

And also, be aware when you're about to move out..."you might get ripped off." It's either you owe a month or months of water bill/s, they said. Something we wondered about. How did we owe when we always drop our payments (rent and water) on time. They could have informed us while we were still staying-not after the lease contract ended.
This is house that you can call home! I've lived here for 1.5 years and I appreciate the community every day!
Recently moved here and by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Everyone is friendly and respectful. The other tenants are nice and make you feel welcome. Now here is the deal breaker, the office and maintenance staff are always responsive. Even with small requests or questions you might have, they take seriously to help you out. If you are considering moving here I highly recommend it.
Pros- it's quite; spacious floor plans at reasonable rent rates; fantastic location close to grocery, gas, hospital, and more. Updates to the Fitness Center are almost done and renovation around the Community Garden are looking good! All the staff are kind, friendly, and responsive to needs. Oh, and it's right next to the Nature Reserve, great for walking!
Cons- I'd like to see more community events.
We lived here at least a year...within our stay I was so anxious to move out just because our neighbor above us kept chasing her dog, jumping or whatever she's doing was really inconvenient and that constant noise was rude.
