Usually quiet, has hard water (on well system) I recommend a water filter an d a water softner . No amenities otherwise nice
I have lived at this park for about 4 years i have enjoyed my time here it's a very nice quite place to live at the management and owners are nice people. I had a choice to buy a house or stay here and get a bigger trailer i decided to stay here because we are closet to the river and enjoyed the woods and everyone here seem to be good people to be around. Plus the managment make you feel like family. best place to live at if you are trying to get away from the crazy city holiday out RV park is the place to make home.
The park owner is a nightmare to deal with. She isn’t a landlord, she is a slumlord. She doesn’t want to fix any problems and will ignore you if you bother her too much. She’s cheap when it comes repairs but has no problem driving around in her new vehicles. Her rates are way over priced.

Lived there 1 1/2 years. Place is kept clean and quiet. Had no problems. Manager is very helpful.
