This place discusteds me they wouldnt let my father in law move in because his son was only 19 thats against the law its like being racsist but you dont want teens in ur park and because you say you had a bad experience well not every one is the same and we could sue you for discrimination hope i said that right but still its not right every one should be treated equal yall discust me creeps . And I only put a start because it wouldnt let me post with out putting one but shady oaks is not a very good mobile home park she even asked us how old we were before filling out the application then said she would call us in a day or to right when we left she called and said no because my gather in laws son is only 19. This place might be cheap but there just some greedy snobby people

Renter beware, I have lived here for 6 years. Pay my rent on time mowed my yard and been a perfect tenant. They refused it sucks my emotional support dog Bell. Even though I had a letter from my doctor. I filed a complaint with HUD and after that I under constant harassment. Her son is coming down to my home and try to intimidate me over and over and over again I've had to call the police and . He has jumped the fence are my locked gate period and trespassed on my property to intimidate me. You did not want to rent from these creeps
