As many items as I've donated to this place it should not be difficult to open the restroom for my three year old daughter. It's ridiculous that these girls just looked at my daughter that had to use the restroom like they didn't even care. She's only 3. I even asked to speak to the manager. I will never shop or donate my items to this place ever again.
This was my first time at a thrift store and i was looking for a unique ashtray. Shoppers were very pushy and rude like a free ride at the State Fair was about to happen. Staff didn't help but was nice at checkout.
For the most part they're a good thrift store. I've been shopping here since I was a little girl and the employees are really sweet.
Love the prices! Wish the help was friendlier . One older Indian woman is nice. She changes pricing on the floor [I think that is what she does]. She is always friendly and helpful.
1st visit: Prices were outrageous and selection disorganized. Took us forever to get a lamp tested, they were rushing us out the door, they don't stay open late enough to accomodate people working normal hours.
Update: returned for a 2nd visit and was much more impressed than my first impression. Friendly staff, merchandise more organized. Prices still a bit stiff on some name brand items but generally it was well worth the visit. They had some great deals too on electronics and furniture too.
