As a business to business wholesaler, QPI are intensely private for a legitimate business.
I can see from their other "glowing" reviews that my experience is not an isolated one. Couldn't be more disgusted at this company and everything they stand for. "Quality" should not be used as a way to describe this business. I urge anyone reading this review to report this business to the department of agriculture for animal husbandry violations.

He seem's to have little knowledge of the fact he is listed as the "dry goods buyer", or of their other "sister" wholesale fish companies ( licensed & registered to owner Donny Fleming ) that closed, or exist, in Oklahoma, California, Louisiana, and possibly other places as well.
The associates can't be expected to know how to care for fish, especially puffer fish. If Walmart is paying QPI to hire a specialist to teach the associates fish keeping skills, its painfully obvious somebody's not honoring their contract.
CEO Doug McMillon said in his 2015 Global Report: Walmart taking action to protect and preserve the environment is a "No Brain-er".
A simple google search of Quality Pets Inc revealed many questionable matters: Insurance in-discrepancies and a mysterious fire at the warehouse, possible tax sheltering, and having in their custody banned tattooed fish (the fish tattooed by owner himself, so he claims, also acknowledges that fish feel pain) that were confiscated by authorities.
Shame on you.
Ms Knight must know Walmart is a retail store.

The tanks at Walmart share one filtering system. Tetrodotoxin from the stressed puffers may be poisoning the rest of the fish. Not to mention these tanks breakdown constantly, and are woefully inefficient for the kind of "over filtering" puffers need.
When asked simple direct questions, they are rude, dishonest, and evasive. They vigilantly guard their company from outsiders, There is a reminder posted on the "Who's Who?" page to include your Pets Shop Licence #, or they will not reply. In order to have any inquiries answered , you have to have retail re-sellers permit.

The employees are all rude taking direction from the shareholders Donnie Fleming and Nancy Malone, who are two of the nastiest people you could ever hope to speak with. Jesse Kuykendall is not any better at doing the bidding for his bosses.

Walmart is unequipped for them, and doesn't carry the proper food to keep them alive. Somehow Lisa condemned 1000's of hapless lives to a long torturous death.

Quality Pets has always held a great deal of respect from me. Not only is the staff friendly, but they are ready to assist and educate on all the needs of their aquatic and miscellaneous pets. The prices are fair, and the variety of supplies are abundant. Yet most of all, the delivery staff is courteous and professional. I would recommend this supplier to all pet stores, especially independent and privately owned businesses.
According to every other expert, and hobbyist puffers dont eat flakes. It appears your'e alone on this.
Nancy Malone, company vice president, is the nastiness, rudest person I have ever spoken with from any company. She is patronizing, condescending and all around ill tempered. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Puffers are ravenous eaters, so why are they dying in Walmart's tanks? Walmart feeds them fish flakes, yet they starve to death. I have documented pictures and video's available, of Puffers lying dead or dying among piles of fish flakes, that were never eaten.
I will remove QPI from my petition only when Walmart sales rep, Lisa Knight, agree's to stop sending all puffer fish to all Walmart stores, I feel she owes Walmart an apology, but after witnessing this company's practices, I won't be wagering,

The Oklahoma Secretary of State web site is public domain and provides this information: Donny Fleming, the owner, appears to have, or had, a domicile who shared his address, by the name of "Robert Frost", who also registered business licences for "sister" suppliers in other states, and has no image in his profile.
In fact, I have notified Walmart, and ABC News, of my findings and QPI's dubious attempts to mislead me. As it stands today, I've advised 13 Walmart managers to go Puffer Free.
Worst of all, you are committing the offence of KNOWING AND WILLFUL CRUELTY.

I am confident in the direction Walmart will take, once all the cards are on the table.
