I asked for them to rush to have something framed, they had it done within 5 days!!! I was very grateful since it was an anniversary gift for my husband. It looks absolutely amazing!!! Thank you to Laura and the rest of the framing staff for doing such a wonderful job and in such a short time!
Love this place. They are so helpful and nice. Returns are easy and I get my money back. Being a rewards member is also great. So many coupons. I save so much money there. It's fantastic!!
Returned with a receipt no hassle...but no extra service at this location... employee declined to honor a coupon that started the next day, cost of around$12 and I was in the store just before closing. They'd rather lose the sale and inconvenience a customer than honor a coupon 12 hours early. I'll buy the item online and save myself the trip.
I had 4 staff members come up to me and asked if I needed help. This rarely happens at the competition. The store was neat and item were fairly in their place, but it was clean. Every Michael's needs more yarn in my opinion.
Was clean and well organized. I was looking for supplies for my glass gardens they hhad stuff 50% off they had a huge line and 2 other clerks showed up to assist. This was wonderful. Not all prices came over with discount but didnt notice till after leaving. Thats why the 4 stars. I would have given 5 if not for that. Id still return. Just pay attention at check out. Thank you
