Was very unhappy. We took our dog to be groomed and they kept her all day and did not finish until 30 min before they were scheduled to close. We live 45 min away luckily I decided to head up there early to wait as it was taking so long. When I got the dog home (as I was in a hurry and didn't check closely) I found that her cut was drastically uneven and choppy. I originally scheduled to have the groom done by a different employee that I knew would do it right, she had quit the day before and instead of calling to notify me they waited until drop off to inform me that she would not be doing the groom. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate in my opinion as I should have gotten a choice but due to the distance I feel I had none because I would have wasted time and money by driving all the way there to end up not having the service done. Never again.
Our mini Aussie Wraith always has the best time being boarded here! He is always returned to us happy and full of energy looking very well cared for! We would never dream about boarding anywhere else!
I have taken my beloved Scotties to Schrag Animal Clinic since the very beginning with Dr. Schrag. She actually took my sick baby home with her back then. I also use the grooming (Jamie) and boarding services regularly and cannot say enough good things about both. I absolutely love all of the staff I have encountered through the years (Amber, Rhonda, Karen and others). Jan & Jim keep up the good work and THANK YOU ALL, from the bottom of my heart, for always being there when you are needed!!!
