I only wanted a refund for the MEDICATION I paid for that on one of them used only HALF A TABLET and the other not even opened. They told me their policy said I couldn't and I was never told that I wouldn't be able to get a refund for the medication I was getting.
The people were nice, sure, but I paid $200 for my pet to be treated. They told me there was a CHANCE she wouldn't make it and literally an hour later she died.
I took my chickens here, yes I know they are just chickens that I only paid $2 a piece for, but they are my pets, and I was shocked at the wonderful care they received for such a fair price. They are really passionate about saving animals, even chickens. The vet and vet techs were so compassionate and very knowledgeable. They did every thing possible to try to save my dying hen. She did pass but they were able to save the others. I highly recommend them!!
One of the best animal clinics around. They take walk-ins which is super awesome. I took my cat in with breathing issues. Dr. Dixon was very helpful and upfront with all procedures and pricing. No surprises. They fixed my little dude right up. I will use them again if I have further animal issues.
Not just that but they had the AUDACITY to tell me I could just "donate it back."
Amazing! Walked right in off the street, they saw my pet within a half hour. The pricing was phenomenal and the service was better. They saved my baby:)
Worst vet experience I've ever had.
This is a walk in clinic that is extremely low cost compared to other vets. The doctors that work here, for the most part, are there because they want all animals to have access to quality care. They love it and it shows. The only problem is that they are understaffed and underfunded so there is usually a long wait time. Looking for a worthy place to make donations? This place needs it and are well worth it.
