Typical car salesmanship experience here. You drive in and start looking and you're immediately swarmed by the vultures. Tried to shop there a couple times and left because of this type of behavior. It's unfortunate that they can't figure this out.
I bought a used SUV from Bob Howard Nissan 3 days ago. I found it online and they called me pretty quick after that to set up an appointment. The salesman was polite and friendly, but he did not know much and was unable to answer my questions about that SUV, it was just "I dont know" and the car was checked by their safety department. Currently, car is running well and haven't found any problems, except engine coolant is a lot below the min level and almost out, this costs me extra $30 to order online. They fill up your gas tank before letting you go. Also, the finance guy would offer and promise you many guarantee options, but remember to ask them the basic cover first before buying any options, they try to tell you about that last to make those options more useful.
I'm not impressed...
They are FAR too big. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
