This was by far the easiest experience purchasing a car. I spoke to Derrick over the phone prior to visiting the dealership and was upfront about what we were looking for and what we could afford. When we arrived at the dealership he had the vehicle pulled up and ready for us to test drive. He was very friendly and efficient. We were set up with Luis in finance and he was very informative and explained each step and even gave pointers for ways to help build our credit. We highly recommend Bob Howard. Their customer service is excellent.
I had multiple things I needed fixed on my Yukon on short notice. I called Bob Howard at 5:00 pm on Thursday & they got me in on Friday at 7:00 am & shuttled me to work. Blake was my contact & I highly recommend him. Extremely polite & professional. Explained everything in detail & stayed in contact with me throughout the day. He had the shuttle waiting at my work to pick me back up. Even the driver that picked me up was awesome. He wasn't the typical driver but was filling in, he had just started with Bob Howard as a tech but was more than happy to get an extra hour of pay by picking me up.

I was not expecting to replace my battery, plus l needed an oil change; but everyone involved in servicing my car was helpful, from my call in speaking to Larry for information, as well as Tucker who was assisting me and constantly came to check on me during my wait, and the service department all get two thumbs up. My car drives better than when it was when l came because a little rattle l had been hearing, l don't hear anymore. Thank you for giving me excellent customer service.
Very easy to work with on setting up an appointment for a 4 wheel alignment. Willing to work with me even through the scheduling issues on my end. All in all there was nothing negative I can begin to think of happening whil I was at Bob Howard Buick GMC service center. I dropped off my vehicle with David C. at the service entrance, he gave me the quick run down as I'd expected...and just over an hour after I checked in my vehicle, I was on my way!
