This was the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had! Ben Mock is wonderful! He was extremely kind, patient, honest, and informative. He and the entire staff at Bob Moore Kia, were wonderful to work with. They went out of their way to get me the best possible deal on my car, better than I anticipated actually. They stayed late 2 nights in a row working hard for me, past 10pm (they close at 8:30). I felt very valued and they made me confident in my purchase. I ALWAYS have the best service when I come to get my car serviced.. I was 30 minutes late.. and they still treated me with respect.. they guys are so kind and they always explain to me what their doing. Have coffee water and snacks in waiting room.. also have wifi and plugs for your phone.. Thanks Bob Moore Kia for such great service. Looking forward to the next few years..
I took my car in to have it worked on. I had two recall parts on my car. They fixed my car and my car sounds like new again. I was very happy that was car was fixed. The workers were really nice and pleasant to me.
This place is awesome. I purchased my Kia Sorento from another dealership. I was sent a recall notice in the mail. Unfortunately the dealership I purchased it from was not convenient for me and to drop it off. So I called and scheduled my appt with this place. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Zach. They kept me up to to date via text and phone call throughout my car service that day. They wash your car and make sure they follow up after you leave. Great service and highly impressed.
