There is a stigma that small car dealerships have and I totally thought it had to be true. Don't buy from a small dealership! MAN WAS I WRONG!! We bought a car for our 16 yr old daughter yesterday and the experience was unbelievable to say the least. NO hassle, just look around test drove on our own and the best part there was no high pressure let me feed you a bunch of BS so you will buy from me. I would recommend this place to anyone and I loved how friendly, down to earth the staff is. Great job City Auto sales!!!!
After trying everywhere and I pretty much literally mean everywhere we thought we wouldn't find anyone who could help us. But we did. And for a great price and got into something we actually wanted! Thank you so much Damon, I will recommend y'all to everyone I know! 5 stars hands down.
Bought a used truck from these guys about a year ago. I was looking for something very specific and I on a tight budget, and the guys listened and kept an eye out even though they didn't have the truck I was looking for at the time. After a couple of weeks, they got a trade in that fit my needs perfectly. They called me up and flipped it to me for just over what they had in it, and within my budget. Still running great, glad to have done business with these guys.
Easiest time I've ever had buying a car, we already had a model in mind from online and test drove it, got the financing set up through USAA (which they're partnered with) and walked out with our car in about an hour. No paperwork purgatory or pushiness, the employees were knowledgeable and clear with no "salesman" schtick. Definitely would return again!
My sales rep. was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a vehicle that needed some minor repairs. CITY put me in a nice loaner vehicle during my repairs.
