Every part of our experience with Smicklas was great!! Really enjoyed working with Darrell White - he actually listened to what I wanted and tried to serve me, instead of making me feel like he was determined to sell me something whether it was what I wanted or not! I definitely will recommend him personally when given the opportunity to share a recommendation to a friend! I believe Elliott Byers was the young man we dealt with in financing ... he was great and very helpful, too. They both definitely earned my business and I would love to do business with they again!! (In quite a few years - since I'm so thrilled with my new Equinox, too, that I plan to hang on to it a good long time!)

It has been a professional experience, Alvin worked with me since I had to go to work but the following day Darian helped finish the sale. But my trade in was very impressive and the finance actually beat my banks rates.
