This place is a authentic "Lemon Dealership". They will lie, say they'll give you a loaner vehicle, when repairs are needed. They've never honored the false statements my salesgirl sold to me. They say ANYTHING to get your money. The staff are rude, faceous! If you want to be ripped off, this is your place. They prey, taking advantage of people on social security/disability, bad credit, living paycheck to paycheck. Please go somewhere else, they won't help you "build good credit". Ask any of their (Un)satisfied customers.
Ive been with the carstore since 2011. I have referred my aunt, mother in law, my mom has had a car with them so has my dad and sister. I love the service the willingness to help with any issues and work with me...just got another car today so they will continue to keep my business!

I've had a handful of interactions with these folks and have never had an issue. The service department has done a few repairs on vehicles that were still in warranty for people I do work for and it was quick and painless. I've had a few friends acquaintances and customers buy cars there and there have been no surprises or issues beyond normal car stuff. Staff are polite, they seem to be more on top of things than most places that do what they do. There was some way-upper management changes awhile back but the on the ground staff are the same. Good people. Considering the caliber of some of the people I've seen walk in there, the staff are all candidates for sainthood imo. If you aren't a moron I think you'll have a good experience with them.
