The infant section looks like it was organized by infants. And we couldn't get any help spend you should spend your money somewhere else.
My mom and I found what we were looking for. Staff was helpful.
Staff was rude. We booked a photo session and they took it under them to book over our slot and move us to a week later when we aren't going to be here anymore. We wanted a shoot of the kids all together before everyone moves. So they have us " well you can go to the other jcp and try doing a walk in" like that's going to work when you DOUBLE BOOKED OUR SPOT HERE EVEN!!! Overall horrible experience. I do not at all recommend them.
I ordered my purchases online so I could avoid as much human contact as I could. This store is at a very big mall, two stories. So i was very outraged to find out, that not only is there rude customer service on the first floor but also the second. I picked up my order, I had to engage in the conversation since she was on the phone with whom ever but just so happened to hang up as soon as i got there. Didn't say a word until she needed my phone number. Doesn't sound so bad, right? Well I just so happened forgot to ask for a bag to put my purchase in.. but normally they offer, at least I would. I wouldn't let someone walk around the store with clothes in their hands without offering them for a bag.. but that's just me. So I walked to the ONLY customer service person who was open, she had a line of only 2, which whom have been standing there before and after I got done with picking up my order... I asked her for a bag, as she had just grabbed a bag for the other customer. She replied with "yeah there's a bag alllllll the way over there, where you just came from" lol!!!!!!!!! So I said "yeah no thank you, that's ridiclous you don't know how to help people" and I got a bag myself, THANK YOU. I proceed down stairs, stopped looking for some uniforms (for my child) I asked the lady if they had any jeans in size 4 for girls, since I just looked all over and there wasn't any. She said "no. They aren't jeans, they are slaaaaccckkkkssss." And hands me boy slacks, size 6 slacks, and asked if I wanted skirts. No ma'am, I want size 4, girl, slaaackkkksss.
I like this store because they always have great discounts and great merchandise! I've been shopping at JCP for 30 years now and I'm always happy to find new things at a good price and also great customer service.
