Everyone is always friendly and you can find what you need at decent prices. Just got a 26.00 shirt for free! (After sales price and then rewards points) ;) Yay!
Not good, water my time going there to get a kenmore enameled cast iron dutch oven, which they had a sale on for the 7 qt. For $33.00. But they didn't have that one, but a 5.5 qt for $17.94 according to the store associate. I arrive there to purchase the 5.5 qt dutch oven and take it to the cash register and it rings up 49.99, I asked about the price showing on the big place card on all the shelves that has the Dutch ovens sitting on. But the manager would not give it to me for that price, this is why Sears is closing shop. Piss poor customer service. If I had been at walmart they would have gave me the item at that price marked. Way to lose a customer, Sears!
Went there to exchange a vacuum. The young man who did most of my transaction was obviously new, no issues with him learning his position. The manager whom he sought guidance with was a complete jerk throughout, was argumentative, and condescending to my wife. The vacuum has a years warranty and Sears online instructs you to take it back to the store, he seemed dumbfounded at our doing so, and even made mention to the young associate that he should give us back the little bit of dirt in the canister. I asked to speak with his manager, the story I got was that his manager was on a conference call and could not talk to me. Conference call on a Saturday?! Really??!! Just in case someone from Sears actually read this, I am referring to the store on western in OKC, 9/9/17, at approx. 11am. I used to seek Kenmore products, no more. Their warranty's are expensive, and the customer service that used to overcome the higher prices now loses its luster.
The service is awful. We went in to buy a range and there was one person in appliances but like 4 people ready to make a purchase. When I went to find another associate, the associate said "well she's the only one there and since we work on commission I don't want to take away from her. You'll just have to learn patience. "No wonder this store is probably soon going to be finished. It's too bad because there are good aspects to the store, too bad national leadership doesn't understand that.
This is a good place to shop. There is a large selection and there I is more staff to help than in many other department stores
