This store has been a nightmare. The upper associate that I was transfered to was a very angry person. I have a coupon for 20 percent off any order from Nov 8th through Dec 31 2017 the Web site would not take so after being on hold for 4 hours did not get through. Next morning called again and no one could help me. GOING OUT OF BUSINESS YOU NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN NOW. I WILL CONTAINED TO SPREAD THE WORD ALSO WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB IN REQUIRES TO FALSE ADVERTISING. GOING TO HAVE SOME PROBLEMS ON YOUR HANDS. MAYBE MY LAWYER WOULD LIKE TO JOIN IN ON THIS? VERY DISAPPOINTED ( OLD SHOPPER) NEVER NEVER AGAIN HOPE YOU ALL GO DOWN HARD
I asked for a certain shoe to be ordered for me in wide calf. The shoe on the box and inline stated that it was available in wide calf. I get to the check out and the sales associate lied to me and told me it was not available to be ordered in that size. I gave a horrible rating for the sale associate lying to my face. I turned around and ordered the wide calf online.
Called to ask questions about some makeup they sell, I kept saying MAC COSMETICS but some stupid woman kept saying "no mac work here" get someone literate to answer the phones. And how about you have your employees KNOW what they're selling? I've never been to Macy's and I won't be there anytime soon.
I used to work here as a "seasonal sales associate" back during the Christmas of 2016. Today I decided it was time to get some t-shirts and a hoodie(also ended up getting some pants). For a Monday afternoon this place is pretty vacant, at least upstairs in the men's departments, like I mostly expected it to be. My former coworkers were helpful, especially Hina in the Levi's section and Sonny in Men's Fragrances. I didn't get to look too much at the selection of clothes outside of what was in the "last act" clearance section Levi's/American Rag and Nike/Adidas section, but I found some things I liked regardless. I felt like the price I paid ($95) was worth it. I got two t-shirts, both having a sort of faded denim look to them with one being gray/charcoal and the other blue, a pair of American Rag camoflauge jogger pants, and a Ring of Fire hoodie that has denim fabric throughout the torso area, but the sleeves and hood are grey cotton fabric. So four items in total. I could have possibly gotten these items from Amazon for a cheaper price, but I doubt it'd be anything substantial enough that I regret my shopping experience. I got to try on a bunch of t-shirts and hoodies anyway. Oh, and talk to my former coworkers.
