The store was kept mostly clean, but the dressing rooms were a mess and had nobody checking on them. The layout is not the most helpful for shoppers looking for clothes, but that's sort of a department store thing I suppose. Finally, we waiting in line for about 15 minutes with only one customer at the only cashier working. Not a terrible experience, but certainly not the best.
I am tall and thin, and it is nearly impossible to find my pants size anywhere else. I rarely purchase my clothes from anywhere else.
Okay, if you have lots of time to stand in line. We returned some things a d had to wait in line a long time. Then, upon check out with some purchases we waited a full 22 minutes, I clocked it since there were 2 cashiers and 17 people in line. Very slow
Lot's of good sales but it took along time to check out I was the 3rd person and cashier didn't call for another cashier so I ask the lady from the jewelry department and just by the way she acted she really didn't want to check me out.
The staff is friendly & helpful. The prices are very good. My only frustration with my recent visit was the item I bought was a returned item. The box did not appear to have been opened but when opening it once home I found the packing material was just stuffed in the box, not protecting the item and items were missing. I feel if something is returned to a store the staff receiving it should check the box before returning it to the floor for purchase. I was frustrated that I had to waste my time to go back to exchange it.
