They fix mold by painting over it. If the mold gets too bad they'll nail a board over it and then paint over it. The playground equipment is broken and extremely dangerous to children. The common areas are covered in broken glass and dog poop. I promise you that there are better places to live for the same price. Please keep looking.
The apartment units are very neat and homey, I really like the style. I am currently looking for an apartment in OKC and the in location is just perfect for my job. I went in today, and the leasing agent Tim was so helpful and friendly. I will most likely come back and lease with you guys soon!
TL;DR: Drug dealer/user: Great place! Everyone else: Awful and sketchy
Other things include shutting off the water for hours on end without notice, the fact that the grounds are constantly littered with trash and detritus every weekend (from current residents/tenant's laziness), the entrance/exit gate constantly malfunctions and that the pool looks like this (picture).

2 Stars because there is some section of the population which will love it here. If you're a drug dealer, a drug addict or just a recreational drug user you'll love it! There's at least 1 drug deal going down here every night I come home, and it's pretty obvious the administration and security detail don't care too much about the strung out junkies wandering around.
I've seen some of the other reviews, and I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The office staff was very informative. Tim showed us around the facilities and had an answer for every question we asked. After my visit, these apartments are pretty high on my list of possible places to sign a lease. I will definitely be referring my friends to check it out.
Otherwise, I'd call it "medium sketchy" since I've never had anything stolen or broken, but it certainly feels like that's a real possibility just about every night. Plus the whole drug thing too. The dumpsters are especially gross, and on a few occasions covered in maggots, the administration took 7 months to apply caulk to a gutter to "fix" it from draining directly onto my porch. Took 6 months and ~10 different tries for them to not do anything to fix the air conditioner (blowing tepid air, and running constantly when it was over 90° outside). And they've consistently screwed up my bill, at one point raising it without notice then slapping me with a non-payment notice because I didn't know they had raised my rent.
