PAID 3 MONTHS RENT FOR A PLACE THAT I COULD NOT STAY. MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
BED BUGS THAT THEY CAN NOT GET RID OF AND WON'T GIVE YOU A SOLUTION TO GET OUT OF YOUR APARTMENT.
Sorry management, terrible maintenance response, definitely way overpriced considering how poorly this place is managed. I’d give it no stars if that was an option.
Update: After months of this going on they still didn't want to settle. Went to small claims and they made things right!!
+1 for our judicial system.. oh and seriously don't move here.

Excellent property! For the amenities and proximity to the city the money is well worth it. Compared to other apartments in this area, this is the best. Lyndsey was very nice and showed me the property. The club house is nice and the gym is also very good. The two pools and hot tube also make the property really shine. If you want to live close to downtown, but do not want to pay the price of midtown apartments, these are the apartments for you! The management and maintenance team from the past are gone, so any of those issues seem to have been resolved.
We lived here for a month waiting on a house for us it has been a pleasant stay we were in one of the first blocks of apts off to the left and on the 3rd floor which was quiet during our stay .They gate was broken the first few days but it was fixed
I love everything about my apartment except that I can hear just about every footstep my upstairs neighbors take. The staff have been receptive and supportive when I have complained but the walking/stomping is so loud, it’s almost like I have roommates! It’s bad. I wouldn’t recommend anyone move here and live on a floor with neighbors above them.
