The first few times I used them was great it was the same guy. But the last few times have been awful. One guy I'm pretty surfe was drunk. It smelled like alcohol in his car, keep in mind this is at 7am. He ran a red light, missed the turn a few different times. And today when I called they said it would be about 15 minutes. I called back 30 minutes later and no one was even o. Their way yet. So now my kids will be late to school. They have perfect attendance. Not now thanks a lot thunder cab. The cost has been about $7 and this guy for the same ride coat me $12 sure how that worked.
I requested a cab trying to make a deadline at the post office.completely oblivious of the holiday when we get there the cab driver admits oh yeah it's a holiday. I should have told you before we left. $20 later.
Fast reliable service and reasonable prices
If I could I'd give them 0 stars. I called them to get a ride to Remington Park Casino. Per Google maps an 8.8 mile drive. Even at $3/mile it should have only been no more than $30. Theybtild me I would have to pay $65. When I asked why so much when its only 9 miles. The man told me Google maps was incorrect it was further than that. 3 days later I was comparing prices and called to see how much it would be to go from 1000 block of S Rockwell to mu home. A.distance of 11 miles. Was tols it would be $45. Again even at $3/mile thays only $33 not $45 and agaon the man tried to convince me it was fuether than what google maps was stating it was. Tonight was last straw. I called to get a ride to the hospital a distamce of 3 miles from my home. Was told it wluld be $35. For 3 miles. And again told that I and Google maps were incorrect and it was way further than 3 miles and besides they have a $20 minimum. No matter if yoi go a half mile. They are ripping people off.
Used them in Bricktown many times very good experience .The only problem I have with this company is that they have some old cars,it looks they have to renew their fleet besides that they show up on time early in the morning we I need a ride back to the airport .Very satisfied keep up the good work
