Terrible driver/New hire support! Website keeps saying "please correct the following " but they don't say what to correct!
No posted hours. No contact phone number. Just showed up at 13:30 on Saturday and the door to the building is locked.

Driver Customer Service leaves much to be desired. Competence is more of a problem than compliance. Took me 3 trips to the office with my documents in hand before my "Uber Partner" status was updated. I lost all "New Year's Eve" business because no support staff could successfully upload and approve the documents I handed them. Disappointment only begins to describe the feelings I had during this ordeal. Let's hope this new year (2017) brings better driver support to this franchise.
