Order a cab but never arrives. Yellow Cab refuses money, I can't imagine how business got that good. Dispatcher in the AM of 10-23-2017 is responsible for Yellow Cab losing my business of eight trips a week.
If I could give negative stars I would. I schedule a cab last night around 6 to pick my husband up this morning at 3 for work. The lady said it wouldn't be a problem and that she would have someone here. I scheduled pickup 10 minutes early just in case they ran a few minutes late. Well after 20 minutes went by and they still had not shown up, I called. Only to be hung up on immediately 3 times! After the 4th call the lady finally picked up so i could see where they were. When I asked how long it would be the lady told me that they had to wait for a driver to even respond because they still hadn't found one!! I told her that is ridiculous and she decides to pop an attitude like it was my fault! What? I cancelled because there was no way in hell they were going to get my business after that. Save your time and money!
If you would like to wait around, uncertain if you were going to actually be picked up at all, this is your place! If you would like to call again and be less assured that someone was on their way, this is your place.
If you'd like to be spoken to by the dispatcher as though you were a nuisance, this is your place!
I've used this company for years if I could give them negative stars I would. I overlooked them never being on time and the few rude drivers I have had until yesterday. I had my husband schedule me a cab for 530 when I got off work, he called at 330 and scheduled the cab the lady told him okay we will have one there. At 540 I called to locate the cab just to be told they hadn't even scheduled a driver yet. When my husband called to see why one wasn't there the lady said he was rude when he called the first time so she hadn't processed the call. I will never use this company again. I would rather pay more and know that I have a ride to and from work then to be left out in the rain.
