I was immediately offered help, where the advisor helped me figure out the perfect nude lipstick for my skin tone. I thought everyone was very friendly and helpful and I loved what they picked out for me!
As with most mac stores, customer service was non existent to crappy at best, the girls that work there are very haughty and snooty, definitely not customer oriented.
