Thank you to Mary and the team for repairing my rear ended car. The damage was bad but i felt safe at you guys " very nice facility" and you where exceptionally knowledgeable about the actions to take with my damage and helping me with my insurance claim. The best part is that the car came back better than I could have imagined. They even repaired all my door dings. Terrific services and customer care in a non corporate collsion shop. Outstanding! The experience with this company was wonderful. My insurance company forced me to get an estimate at one of their preferred shops, (service king). I will tell you right now I will never go back their after the vibe I got from that place. So I found this place and I couldn't be happier. They were so friendly and offered me a $500 coupon for my deductible! I was shocked, the company basically lost $500 off my repair just to help me out. The whole front end of my car was smashed in, thats what my car was in the shop for, well along with my front end damage I had a few door dings and a scratched rear bumper. When I picked up my car I expected the front end damage fixed, well they went above and beyond and fixed my door dings and rear bumper too! I couldnt belive my eyes when I saw my car! They truely care about their customers, I will forever be a customer for them, In fact I will be back soon, they also detailed my car and did an amazing job, and I am about due for another one. Thank you again and I will tell everyone about my experience with you guys!
