The lady at this location was brand new. I am a patient person but she did not know how to do anything on the computer. I turned my rental in and used all three coupons. She couldn't figure out how to enter them so she told me I was good to go. I left. Then I received a message from William at Budget stating they could not use all three coupons because my total was $63.00. I thought, "Okay... $12... I can live with that." Well I just received a $33 charge on my card. I called William and he told me because I drove the car less than 75 miles I received an additional charge because I did not provide them with a receipt showing where I filled up with gas (which I did). I told him no one had mentioned that too me and that I never even received a receipt. He told me he had my receipt.
I had a great experience with this Avis! Clint and William were really helpful, and Clint even provided recommendations for restaurants in our destination city. They were excellent choices! The car we received fit out needs perfectly, and I couldn't ask for a better price. Thanks, Avis!

My experience with this rental was outstanding. It was easy to reserve, the staff was super friendly and the car was perfect for what I needed. The return was fast and I was out of there in less then 10 mins. I will be using them for all my rental needs.
I received three coupons from Avis for $25 off a rental because they messed up a reservation I had made this summer. I thought I would never use them because of how unhappy I was with their service previously. It turns out I needed a car for 2 days while mine was in the shop so I thought I would use them.
