Really nice service. They had cars when enterprise didn't. We had a funeral to go to, on last minute notice, was so glad we found them. They also don't charge by the mile as many others do, for out of state.
I rented a car from Budget for a road trip from Oklahoma City to Nashville. We decided to rent a car for the long drive instead of driving our Honda CR-V. We got a full size car and used our AARP membership for the rental. It was a fantastic car for the trip. Exactly what we were hoping for. The gentleman at Budget was very friendly and helpful. The rental process was quick and easy: answer a few questions, sign the papers and go. The renturn process was just as easy. I would definitely recommend Budget for your next car rental.
Super positive experience, which was a major relief due to having to rent a car after being in a bad wreck and having dealt with so many other difficult situations resulting from that. First time I've ever had to rent a car. Guy working the counter was awesome, fantastic customer service. Said he worked at the Norman office but was in okc that day. I'm glad because he was great. Will use again if needed.
The staff was friendly and I only rent from Budget so I was surprised when I got the car and it wasn't the cleanest. Next time I'm home in OKC, I'll use a different Budget location
