A person insured by Progressive rear ended my car. They accepted liability quickly and set up an appointment. They were ready to take my car the day of the appointment and get me in to a rental. It was all seamless and surprisingly easy. I went with their direct repair shop and I am quite happy with the results. The car looks great.
