The selection of cars was good and fairly loaded option wise. They were also in good condition in comparison to other places I've rented from. The attendant was friendly and helpful. I'll rent from them again.
I love this rental car company. Of all the times I rent from them Ive never had an unsatisfactory rental occurrence.

I will never rent from National again. Horrible customer service when picking up the car at OKC. The employee told me to pick one of two cars she pointed at and disappeared. I sat there in the car for a while thinking she would come back. No walk around form for damage. There was scratches and dents all over the car, and I wanted to make sure I would not get blamed for it. I finally figured I just needed to drive to the exit gate. The girl at the check out gate just wrote "scratches and dents all over car" on my receipt when I asked her for the damage form. Then a week after I get home, I get a letter that there is a damage claim on the car. I call the claim center and they put the claim in for hail damage! It didn't even rain the 5 days I was there for work, let alone storm. Horrible, unprofessional service at OKC.
I've had a great experience every time I've flown in and rented a vehicle. The Shuttle buses run 24/7, and just walk right in, grab your car, and when returning, pull in, grab your bags, and head to the airport. All of this with ease. Everyone extremely friendly and polite.
