If you want to be taken care of, go to the men's suit section and look for Dan. He made something I generally hate doing (shopping for clothes) into a very pleasant experience. I ended up with exactly what I wanted, and it only took about 30 min. Also, the sports jacket and pants needed some adjustments, Dan called my cell phone the next day and already had it done. Great customer service.
Von Maur is definitely an exquisite/elegant type of store. They offer a variety of quality items with different brands. I have seen a pianist here playing beautifully. It really makes for a pleasant shopping experience. The staff is friendly as well.
