I came in for the photo walks that is essentially a workshop on taking pictures using different features and I did both that day. Chris who was our mentor did an amazing job at teaching us everything there is to know about taking pictures with the new iPhone X. Come in for the workshops and you won’t be dissatisfied.
Now although a lot of people on here complain about their phone service I can truly say that the in store experience is a much different experience. These apple staff are super nice and work hard to resolve issues and (or) answer questions.
Was on hold for almost an hour when they disconnected my call. I've tried calling multiple times throughout a few days and have yet to be able to talk to anyone. Ridiculous
They need a way to answer their phone. Perhaps if they would partner with a high tech company in California that made phones they could make that happen. Finally answered phone: 3 days to replace a keyboard on an under warrantee Mac Book Pro. 2 days to transfer my data from old one to new one. Good Bye Apple.
So pathetic of a company to just say it's your problem and not ours, and not at least offer me something to make me feel good about what has happened.
I called Apple about this and they said they will NOT DO ANYTHING about that to make me happy, and this is after I have been with Apple for at least a couple decades it feels like. I canceled my order, now I gotta wait at least a couple weeks before I can get a new phone. I don't know if I can eat another apple in my life and those keep the doc away they say.
My friend ordered his same place same exact phone same exact carrier over 24hours after I ordered mine, and his never got delayed, and his arrived today while mine is stuck in Korea lol.
Customer support was amazing from Ryan at this place. Thank you so much for all of your help! He was friendly, direct, attentive and sensitive to our situation. 5 stars!
My Iphone6s dies on me, so I take it back to this store less than a year ago, and the rep brought out 5 new Iphones, and every one of them were broke, they would come on, and then they would not work, 5 IN A ROW!!!!
On a totally separate not........My IphoneX I bought at 2am right whenever ordering started for it, and after I got tracking for the phone, it has been delayed in China 1st and now it's delayed in Korea.
