I preorder 90% of my games here. I buy all my used games here. Customer service is pretty good. Staff is knowledgeable. Being a pro member is a plus. Great deals.
Stay away from this store it isn't worth dealing with this lady and her political agenda or how ever you want to describe it.
My friend and I, both on separate occasions bought the same game and they were both the incorrect versions. We brought them back, also on separate occasions, and they were apologetic and replaced the game quickly thank goodness.
Last 2 times I have gone in, I am assuming it's the manager based on how the employees act around her, has been berating and verbally attacking the entire police force in the area, this time it was about them having or owning guns, last time she was encouraging the customers in the store to go into the middle of any police situation with their phones recording and either verbally attack or if possible get physical with the officer, because they are racist bastards, as she stated. She is a older white lady, who claims she is being racially profiled for being white by all the police. I called the 800 number for gamestop, who had a representative call me to tell me she had been fired due to several other complaints and issues in the same situations. I went back today and there she is doing the same things again.
This store always has the games I'm looking for since its near a military base. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
A little busy especially with one lady by her self but she was awesome greeted everyone helped us in store and phone at a reasonable time been here before always good store
