Really bad service. I waited over 30 minutes just for them to tell me that they can't buy my phone. It worked perfectly but they wouldn't buy it because the volume buttons didn't click the the way they like. I used to like this place but now they have gone downhill. Go somewhere with better customer service. They also stole the SIM card I had in my phone and I want to know how to get it back!!! You didn't buy my phone so why did your store keep the SIM card?!?
Worker couldn't figure out for the life of her how to reset a phone to default factory and said 'you try'... which I did and was successful. Which she turned around and says 'we can't accept this now because it's factory reset the wrong way'.. never again will i set foot into this business.
This place used to be great,but over the last year is has turned into a very unfriendly place. Employee broke a phone I was going to sell, lied about it another employee was insulting the so called manager said he would watch the video and call me, but never called. I will never go back there again.
This company literally cheats people out of their money, I purchased a galaxy s6 a few days ago and went to exchange it because the device was defective, it had been marked for $40 off because it had a burnt lcd and the screen and body were damaged, what it didn’t say was that the device had a bad battery and that the back glass panel clicked when you ran your fingers over it. I exchanged it and had to pay the $40 difference, which I was fine with. Then as I was walking towards the door I look back and see the clerk stick the defective phone back into the case for someone else to buy.
Always great prices in both buying AND selling video games. The DVD/Blu-Ray selection is great.
